Eleven 02 Cigars strives to provide only the best quality cigars for our consumers. We stand behind every line of cigars that we carry and produce. If for any reason you need to return your cigars for a full credit within 30 days of purchase, you may do so. Below are the guidelines:
- Boxes or Bundles of 25 Cigars: Full credit if no more than 2 cigars have been smoked.
- Boxes or Bundles of 20 Cigars: Full credit if no more than 2 cigars have been smoked.
- Boxes or Bundles of 5, 10, or 15 Cigars: Full credit if no more than 1 cigar has been smoked.
- Cigars must be returned in sellable condition; no cut or partially smoked cigars.
- All promotional items must be returned in their original box along with cigars or you will be charged the current selling price of those item.
- *Above does not apply to free cigars, promotional items, or cigar samplers.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
- Please inspect all cigars immediately and report any defects, broken wrappers, mold, or humidity issues within 3 days of receiving your order.
- Any burning or draw issues should be reported within 30 days of the order delivery date.
- Call ( ) and ask for Customer Service between Monday and Friday 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM EST to let us know to expect your return.
- Specify if you’ll be wanting a credit or replacement.
- Be sure when packaging your return to pack the cigars well. If cigars come back damaged due to less than adequate packaging no credit will be issued.

Refund Policy
- Cigars may only be refunded for original price if the box and/or packaging has not been opened. If original packaging has been opened, customers may still return items for credit as shown above.
